Oil change and coolant flush was supposed to take 1.5 hours. After 2 1/4 hours I went out only to find the service advisor went to lunch 1/2 hour before and did not have anybody cover for him. Jim Castrucci found my paper work on the advisor's desk with WAITE on it and processed it to get me out.

As always Andrew greeted us right away...said we would be taken care of asp. We waited maybe 10 min for someone to get our car to put the new floor mats in.They were done in about 10 min.Everyone was so nice and greeted us as they went by.

I had to have the truck towed in late Thursday into Friday for overheating issues. I called first thing and spoke with Josh Mullins who always goes out of his way to make sure I am taken care of. Excellent customer service. The issue was a bad water pump and hose. I do have concerns about the quality of the truck since this is the second major issue. First, the even lifters went out and now this. How do I reach out to GM to voice my concerns?
