People are good, service is fine but not happy about paying 3% for using a credit card. If it wasn't for the 3% more you would have gotten 5 stars.

We are very dissatisfied with our purchase from Castrucci Chevrolet, and give the dealership a "0" star review, but their system requires me to give at least "1." 1). Salesman Andrew - nice guy. Very personable. Showed us how to operate the vehicle's features. However, when we called him later that night (Friday) with an issue, he did not return our call until the following Monday with a text. His text stated that he would look into it and get back to us, but he didn't. A salesman should always return a customer's call/text. 2). Finance Department - fast talker. Moved the paperwork signing process along too quickly, although documents were reviewed and key points of interest were noted. A few hours after the transaction, we changed our mind about the financing option we chose, thus acknowledging our mistake. We were at the dealership first thing the next morning hoping to change financing options, only to be told that we were too late and the loan was already funded, proving that Huntington Bank moves at the speed of light on holiday weekends in order to secure a sale. We were not asking for anything that wasn't offered at the point of sale. No offer was made to contact the bank and cancel the loan, contact the General Manager for assistance, or anything else. We will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will pass the word around to others. We will also not do business with Huntington Bank in the future, because our credit score is 830 and we feel that the interest rate we were given is too high for that rating. 3). Service Department - after this purchase, we received a secondhand account from a reliable source of their faulty service department. We were given a free oil change ticket as part of the purchase, but will not be using it.

I always go to Tiffany Smith for my vehicle services. Tiffany will get you in for your service without any pressure to have other services done. Tiffany does tell you what may need to be done to your vehicle, but does not push anything on you. When you are on a budgeted income this is very welcome. The service I do get done is done i a very professional manner. Only negative this visit was no coffee available in the showroom.

I reached out to the sales team at the dealership after seeing an ad online. Mike Eimer handled my call and promptly gave me the info I needed to pull the trigger. A few moments later Rick in finance called me to go over the exact Financials and I gave him a deposit over the phone to hold the car until I could pick ut up the following day. Mike in the meantime had an accessory added for me before I picked up the car. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Mike who showed me the details of the car and Rick and I promptly reviewed the paperwork. Overall it is in the top few experiences I've had while purchasing a vehicle.

The air conditioner did not work after recharge and tire pressures were never checked and reset. Left front tire is 10 psi below rest and was recorded as being reset

My husband and I purchased our first new vehicle in 1998 and every new car since then. The employees are courteous and friendly. As for the service department, I couldn’t say enough about how great they are. They are professional and know what they’re doing. I know a little bit about a lot the things and over the years I made it my business to learn about the workings of a car. Just enough knowledge to know when I’m being had. The professionalism of Castrucci is top notch. That’s why I stay with the dealership.

My 2019 Equinox was leaking something red on my garage floor. I took it to Mike Castrucci Chevrolet who found the water pump not working properly. I left the car overnight and it was fixed and returned to me before noon the nested day.
