Oil change done on time. Showed a need for brakes, but no pressure. Brought it back for the brake work. One thing. I understand the need to charge 3% on credit card sales, but should mention that when appointment is made. Would have happily written a check, but don���t normally carry them with me and rarely carry hundreds in cash.

The Oil Change was fine. Unfortunately, they couldn't do my recall software update, I didn't have another 2 hours to sit around and wait. I also don't like coming here, because they charge me an extra 3% for using my credit card. This is a company expense for me. My company frowns BIG TIME about us doing business where we are charged these stupid extra fees. I have been told to find a new dealer to go to, if that is how they work here.

I got there at 11:45, my Appt was at noon and they took the car right away and I was out by 12:37 PM. Got the Oil Changed and found a problem with the front-end Alignment and had it all done and I was out the door. Very Quick!
