The Oil Change was fine. Unfortunately, they couldn't do my recall software update, I didn't have another 2 hours to sit around and wait. I also don't like coming here, because they charge me an extra 3% for using my credit card. This is a company expense for me. My company frowns BIG TIME about us doing business where we are charged these stupid extra fees. I have been told to find a new dealer to go to, if that is how they work here.
