I cannot express how the members of your service team make the difference in coming to get car service! In specifics, Josh and Jim are always positive, engaged and very informative when I ask questions. Nobody likes to spend money on their cars, at least I don’t!, But those two make the experience so much easier! They create a sense of trust by their attitudes!

Once again, great ease of scheduling and service was performed in a very timely fashion . Never and issue with radio being tuned to an unusual station or other driver controls being over ridden. No dirt or grease found on any control surfaces. These things are important to me and is the reason I always return to Mike Castrucci Chev. Bob Wolfe

Quick to get me in and free tire rotation with the oil change was a plus. We're less than the typical sit in your car and drive through business plus pointed out I need an alignment in the future and brakes need replacing in 4 months

Travis was my salesman and he did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back in the near future. Adam in finance was just as knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Only con was there were no floor mats in stock for my car. Other than that it was an easy experience.

Second time having a bad experience at Chevy castrucci Milford. I checked in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did a free alignment check (easy money) so they were going to also do that and I was told nothing else is due at this time. Then they come back and say I need rear breaks and I’m due for transmission service and cooling system service and brake fluid service. How when I was told I wasn’t due for anything…. I said do the brakes I can’t afford it all at this time. Then they come back saying they started the alignment but can’t finish it because they can’t get a screw off and I now need rods and screws which they have to order. If they are going to break things why is that my expense? So they get done and I leave and I’m going all over the road and I go back, the mechanic tells my advisor he started the alignment but didn’t put things back to the way they were before he started the alignment he couldn’t finish. I said that’s dangerous I could have been hurt or killed, as I was all over the road, the advisor looked at me like I had two heads and didn’t offer an apology or to get a manager. I feel like they were taking me for my money. I had an issue with them a couple years ago too. I am wanting a new car and was going to get it there but after them taking advantage and almost causing me to wreck and not caring I’m about done. No apology or discounts after telling me I needed nothing else and now I need expensive fluids and things. I hope you all will care and do more for me than castrucci milford.
