Overall I was satisfied, dealer communication was pretty good keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle, sourcing new engine, and replacement of the engine. Pricing seemed fair for the replacement engine and installation labor. Negative to the car being returned to me with almost no fuel in it and the fuel warning going off as soon as I fired it up, while I grasp that the tank may have needed to be emptied to replace the engine, good customer service would be to replace the amount that was removed after the repair.
