Confirmed Service Customer
Very long story. Friendly staff, but the "product" (my NEW vehicle) has had several issues from day one. Very disappointing, frustrating, and time consuming. Recent solutions do not provide adequate confidence that a long-term fix has been achieved. I have avoided this survey for months thinking perhaps I would have a more positive comment to make at a later date. No luck so far!
