Confirmed Service Customer
Riveredge Collision management should be fired for treating customers how they do on a daily basis. Blair's attitude and her staff is a true representation of how Mike Castrucci treats their customers with no consequences. I filed a complaint and still no consequences. What is the point? The brand wants a 10/10 on a survey when behind the scenes they do not care and treat us like garbage and like it's our fault for pointing out their mistakes. Never again will I come here and I will let everyone know not to either!

Dropped vehicle off the afternoon before appointment. Castrucci team got right to work anyway, and the vehicle was repaired in about an hour that same day.

Oil change done on time. Showed a need for brakes, but no pressure. Brought it back for the brake work. One thing. I understand the need to charge 3% on credit card sales, but should mention that when appointment is made. Would have happily written a check, but don���t normally carry them with me and rarely carry hundreds in cash.
