Brought truck in for a software recall. I guess the update shorted a module. They had the module by the next day and were able to get it taken care of while I waited. Great service!

did not know that I was going to be charged an extra fee for using a credit card. should have been informed ahead of time and paid cash to save the fee. also the hidden fees are a bummer

Added serviced that were recommended were offered for my vehicle. Extended my stay to 3 hrs. I noticed that my passenger mirror top was separated from mirror assembly by an 1/4 inch and loose. I also noticed that I had two scratches on the driver side hood. I was informed that when I was to trade in the Vehicle that if service was contacted, I may receive a better trade in due to maint.

This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Mike Castrucci - Used car purchase at Ford location in 2019 and used vehicle purchase at Chevy and now a brand-new purchase from Chevy location. I was referred to ask for Patrick "Tex" Rodgers by 2 co-workers, so I asked for Tex, turns out Tex is a former co-worker of mine, that was pretty cool to find out, so I knew he knew his stuff! He did a fantastic job. He heard me out for what I wanted, what I could afford and had me a Trax to test drive and walked me through the process it all and make this deal happen to my benefit. Patrick went above and beyond in making sure this deal happened and that I got what I wanted. He stayed over past closing time to go over the Trax and all the bells and whistles and even checked in with me the next day to make sure I love the car (which I do very much) and that I got the Apple CarPlay set up and let me know I could reach out anytime with questions and concerns. Not a lot of salespeople will go above and beyond like that, so I truly appreciate Tex that much more for doing it. That type of care and concern and just good ethics does NOT go unnoticed! I will recommend Patrick and Castrucci Chevrolet to all I know looking for a new vehicle and I will praise the 2025 Trax's for sure! This purchase was a 2 year in the making situation, and it came to fruition perfectly! Super satisfied customer for sure!

You had my car for 3 months. Yet even after 3 months your crew some how failed to put a hose clamp back on the car. I drove it for about 4 miles and it had to be towed back to your shop
