Brought my truck in for a recall and scheduling the appointment through the website was super easy. Love that feature. When I dropped the truck off for service, I requested the technician to also check the phone charger dock as it is not operable. I received a call that the truck was nearing the oil change interval so after confirming price, I had them take care of it. When I picked the truck up I learned that the price of the oil change was more than double what was quoted over the phone. When I asked why, he said it was due to the truck being diesel and that it is more expensive. I am not sure why he quoted me the price, then charged me much more given he knew what kind of truck I had in the shop. That is not right. Regarding the phone charging pad, the service rep told me all was resolved but it still doesn't work. I called the service rep and informed him it still wasn't working and he apologized and told me he will order a new unit and call me. After two weeks, he still hasn't called. I'm somewhat disappointed about the overall experience at this dealership.
