Having never been through the process of having body work done on my car before, due to an accident, the receptionist was very helpful taking me through the entire process from dropping my car off to lining up a rental car. When I arrived to pick up my car I saw a car similar to mine, but I said, no way that's my car.. Low and behold it was! The body work was fantastic, and they even went above and beyond by detailing my car inside & out. I would highly recommend anyone having body work done to visit Mike Castrucci River's Edge Collision Center.

Called 4 weeks in advance to get my recall air bag fixed and then on Monday. I was told the part was in. When I got my oil change on Saturday they said they could not fix the air bag because they didn't have the part. Now I have tp come back again

Waited just under 5 hours to have the transmission diagnosed and then a transmission shifter assembly installed. I was told about 3 hours would be how long everything would take

I had an 8 am appointment.. it was for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an hour. Ok , still had time to get to work. At 10:30 it was done. 21/2 hours for an oil change is unbelievable. Then my son noticed that one of my "beauty" caps. Was messed up. It wasn't messed up before. I went back and the young man started off "what do you want a new lug nut? " I said yes.. I was sick or I probably would have said where he could put the lug nut. I had just bought 6 new ones. I thought maybe he doesn't feel good, but I believe he just has a cocky attitude and is not a good representative for your service department. The girl is. She has a nice smile and stays calm and steady. The end result he charged me for the cap( your mechanic ruined,it was fine before I came there) . So I hope that he realizes that instead of making a customer happy, you lost a person for the price of a lug nut that you charged me for.
