Previous service I was charged by the service writer while truck was under 36,000 3 year warranty, which was stated by writer that I would get an oil change free. When I went to get the oil change a new service writer advised that that the truck was due for brake fluid flush which I added to my service. When I checked on the free oil change my service writer they could not find any notes from the previous service writer. She was very professional in her dealings although it took longer than stated.
