Service department is great. My second service completed. Only thing that could improve is letting 18 year olds drive my $75k truck. Not a fan of that. Also, they always leave my windows down when it���s done. First time it was raining and my entire door panel got wet. Second time windows down again but not raining. Not sure the reason for this. Maybe inexperienced kid drivers can���t see thru tinted windows. Spend more money on better help

Riveredge Collision management should be fired for treating customers how they do on a daily basis. Blair's attitude and her staff is a true representation of how Mike Castrucci treats their customers with no consequences. I filed a complaint and still no consequences. What is the point? The brand wants a 10/10 on a survey when behind the scenes they do not care and treat us like garbage and like it's our fault for pointing out their mistakes. Never again will I come here and I will let everyone know not to either!
