Had the drivers seat break in our Chevy Bolt. This was the second time within 10 months that this seat back broke. The first time was under warranty, however, this most recent time was beyond the warranty period. Our service contact was Taylor. Taylor was very professional and stated that he would submit the claim to GM and see if there was any adjustment that could be done. Taylor arraigned a shuttle to take me home the day of the car drop off. Taylor kept me informed via phone regarding the part order, the part being received and when the repair was started and completed. Taylor was able to have the repair done with minimal cash from our pocket. GM picked up most of the repair costs.
