Very frustrating experience. Was told in October I had a crack in oil pan (I never even had a crack which I found out later). In December, I took it back in due to the car stalling- I was told it was a shifter so we put a new shifter in. Car went back in the shop 3 weeks later for the same issue. I was told it needs a new starter and they quoted me $1,300. I expressed frustration with the service agent given the car was having same issues it did prior to replacing the shifter and now they’re telling me it’s the starter. I called a second Chevy dealership and was quoted $625 plus tax to replace starter which is quite a lot cheaper than $1,300. The service manager John agreed to do it for $750 including my oil change. Needless to say, I will never go back to this dealership and have told family and friends the same. They appear to take advantage of women who may not be knowledgeable about cars. They have lost all business from me and my household.
