Second time having a bad experience at Chevy castrucci Milford. I checked in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did a free alignment check (easy money) so they were going to also do that and I was told nothing else is due at this time. Then they come back and say I need rear breaks and I’m due for transmission service and cooling system service and brake fluid service. How when I was told I wasn’t due for anything…. I said do the brakes I can’t afford it all at this time. Then they come back saying they started the alignment but can’t finish it because they can’t get a screw off and I now need rods and screws which they have to order. If they are going to break things why is that my expense? So they get done and I leave and I’m going all over the road and I go back, the mechanic tells my advisor he started the alignment but didn’t put things back to the way they were before he started the alignment he couldn’t finish. I said that’s dangerous I could have been hurt or killed, as I was all over the road, the advisor looked at me like I had two heads and didn’t offer an apology or to get a manager. I feel like they were taking me for my money. I had an issue with them a couple years ago too. I am wanting a new car and was going to get it there but after them taking advantage and almost causing me to wreck and not caring I’m about done. No apology or discounts after telling me I needed nothing else and now I need expensive fluids and things. I hope you all will care and do more for me than castrucci milford.
