I was there for service on my vehicle

Took a while to get checked in at service desk, only one person was checking in people for the first 10 minutes I was there. Otherwise, great overall experience.

Completed perfectly multiple repairs on an older Chevy truck which my grandaughter is now driving and took w/her to college. Wanted to make sure everything was in working order so I would not have to worry about her. Complete confidence in their work.

Travis and the financial department were amazing to work with and made the process super smooth.

I brought my 2024 Trax in for a recall. The staff was courteous and efficient!

I have to say that this is by far the worst experience I've had at this dealership. I've been a customer at this location for years. Service on the vehicle was fine, however the lack of customer skills from the services advisors Josh and Taylor were awful. After walking in to check in my car for an oil change and tire rotation, I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for 10 mins. Even if they were busy, a simple "I'll be right with you" or even look at the customer is acknowledgment. Finally after 10 mins of standing there waiting to check in my car, Josh finally said (still without looking at me) "What do I need to know?". Unprofessional and rude! After my vehicle was ready, instead of taking me to the check, we went to Josh's desk for check out where he flew through paperwork and asked me to sign. When I asked him what the total was, he thought he'd be funny and say $163 - which was about $100 higher. I was not in mood for jokes at this point. He correct himself with the correct amount. I paid and couldn't get out fast enough. Again, I've NEVER felt this wat after an appt. Both Josh and Taylor (who walked past me several times and never acknowledged that I was a customer waiting) need to work on their customer service and people skills. Also, know your audience, Josh. We were not at playful joking place on this first meeting each other to joke about my total bill. Needless to say, I'm walked out of there at very displeased long time customer who may not return.

This is my second car I bought from Mike Castrucci. I called in advance about a used vehicle. I got to the dealer and talked to Mac and he was able to get me in a new vehicle with the same payments. I love my new car..
