The service advisor, Steve Parker was very helpful in explaining the services recommended on my 2017 Traverse. I was in for an oil change, and he alerted me on a Chevy recall. He told me that they have parts ordered and should be in within a week. He also suggested a coolant flush, and I had that service performed. Steve was very sincere and friendly, and answered all my questions.
