I'll give you 5 stars but I do have a couple comments. (1) when I made the service appointment for my car, I requested an oil change, tire rotation if needed, and replacement of cabin filter. When I checked in on 7/29, the Service Advisor said that it had been a little over a year since the last BGTBI Combustion and I should probably have that done as well. I'm 80 years old and know nothing about cars, so I agreed. The next day I went online to see exactly what this procedure is, and the recommendation was that it be done every 3 years or 45,000 miles. My total mileage is only around 22,257. So, I'm thinking this probably didn't need to be done at this time. I'll be more careful the next time someone recommends additional service work be done. (2) When I went to pay my bill, I saw a sign that said that there would be a 3% surcharge if paying by credit card. I always paid by credit card, so this was something new. If I had known about this, I would have brought my check book. Since I don't carry my check book with me, I had no choice but to pay by credit card. It would have been nice if customers had been notified of this when it took effect. You have my email address in your file. So, an additional $8.64 was tacked onto my bill. Since I live on Social Security, I guess I will have to cross something off my grocery list to compensate. This may not seem like a big amount to you, but it is to me. I'm sure Mr. Castrucci has more money than I do. I certainly hope that Kroger, WalMart, restaurants, etc. aren't going to go this route.

I was able to drop my car off a little earlier than my appointment time of 8:00, so that was good. The staff are always professional and polite.
