Confirmed Service Customer
I had an 8 am appointment.. it was for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an hour. Ok , still had time to get to work. At 10:30 it was done. 21/2 hours for an oil change is unbelievable. Then my son noticed that one of my "beauty" caps. Was messed up. It wasn't messed up before. I went back and the young man started off "what do you want a new lug nut? " I said yes.. I was sick or I probably would have said where he could put the lug nut. I had just bought 6 new ones. I thought maybe he doesn't feel good, but I believe he just has a cocky attitude and is not a good representative for your service department. The girl is. She has a nice smile and stays calm and steady. The end result he charged me for the cap( your mechanic ruined,it was fine before I came there) . So I hope that he realizes that instead of making a customer happy, you lost a person for the price of a lug nut that you charged me for.

From the appointment setup, to getting the work done, was very easy !! My Wife took it in, sat in the waiting room, and then home she came!! Simple!!
