Friendly service

Quick in, quick out

I was very easy to get my oil changed and it did not take to long to do.

They were the only ones to be able to get things done very responsive. Anything I needed. They went above and beyond very happy and very pleased. Keep up the hard work.

Friendly and detailed

Great staff and efficient service

I had an 8 am appointment.. it was for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an hour. Ok , still had time to get to work. At 10:30 it was done. 21/2 hours for an oil change is unbelievable. Then my son noticed that one of my "beauty" caps. Was messed up. It wasn't messed up before. I went back and the young man started off "what do you want a new lug nut? " I said yes.. I was sick or I probably would have said where he could put the lug nut. I had just bought 6 new ones. I thought maybe he doesn't feel good, but I believe he just has a cocky attitude and is not a good representative for your service department. The girl is. She has a nice smile and stays calm and steady. The end result he charged me for the cap( your mechanic ruined,it was fine before I came there) . So I hope that he realizes that instead of making a customer happy, you lost a person for the price of a lug nut that you charged me for.

Hunter and Andrew were very helpful and patient with me. I was a walk-in, but had done my research on the vehicle I wanted prior to coming in. I am very happy with the 2025 Chevy Equinox EV.

just what you would expect from a 5-start service team from start to finish.

Tiffany greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She made sure to provide me updates along the way. She let me know what other recommendations the mechanics had for my car based on miles and what they saw.

Very professional and quick

The gentleman that first greeted me when I pulled in and the original service person (Joshua) that saw me were fine. However, I was there for over 2 1/2 hours, when I was told it would we 1-1 1/2 hours, I���m not even convinced that my tires were rotated because the same tire that was a little lower than the others PSI was still in the same place on my car. Also there were black smudges on the drivers side door and carpet and there was white pieces of something all over in the edge of my drivers side door. When I went back to check on the status of my car after 2 hours of waiting the 2 service people there (Joshua was out to lunch) basically ignored me for about 10 minutes, then asked what I needed. This is not my first visit with your service center and I was not happy the last time I had to bring my car in that I purchased from your dealership, but it will most likely be my last! I will find another Chevrolet dealership to service my car!

Josh is always my service advisor and always is straight up, honest to the point of what I need and what I don't need. It's a pleasure to work with someone like that and I will always come back to Mike Chevrolet service department.
